DATE AND PLACE OF HEARING:

27 October 1988 Hobart

On 7 November 1988 I issued a decision^¹ the effect of which was to delete certain stipulated definitions and classifications from the Tasmanian Ambulance Service Award.

The above decision followed the work value decision^² operative from 6 October 1988.

In the circumstances and in order to facilitate a consolidation of the award and given that there are no repercussive consequences I have decided that the operative date of my decision in T.1703 of 1988 will be 6 October 1988.

Accordingly all necessary variations arising out of decisions in T.1703 and TA.30 of 1988 will be incorporated in one consolidation of the award.
