BOOTMAKERS AWARD

Structural Efficiency Principle - second stage

SUPPLEMENTARY DECISION

The Bootmakers Award was varied in matter T.3392 of 1991 to give effect to the second structural efficiency increase operative from the first full pay period to commence on or after 27 September 1991 .

At that time the Commission endorsed inter alia the insertion of a new clause - Structural Efficiency, in the award. As it happened the clause was identified in Clause 3 - Arrangements, but not included in the body of the award.

The attached correction order, operative from the first full pay period to commence on or after 27 September 1991, rectifies that omission.
