Award variation - delete all reference to the Federated Liquor and Allied Industries Employees Union - replace with the Australian Liquor, Hospitality an Miscellaneous Workers Union - Tasmanian Branch - consent matter - application granted

REASONS FOR DECISION

This application is to vary the Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality and Motels Award by deleting all reference to the Federated Liquor and Allied Industries Employees Union of Australia and inserting the Australian Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union - Tasmanian Branch.

Such variation is consequential upon the deregistration of the former and the granting of interest to the latter following the merger of certain organisations.

As a result the application is granted and the award will be varied accordingly.

Date of Operation:

This award variation shall have effect on and from 3 August 1992.
