REASONS FOR DECISION

This application was lodged by the Australian Workers' Union, Tasmania Branch for the purpose of reflecting the third minimum rates adjustment in the Fish, Aquaculture and Marine Products Award.

This consent application forms part of an agreed process arising out of the award restructuring programme.

The application conforms with the Wage Fixing Principles and the award will

be varied in the manner sought by the parties and operative from the first full period on or after 19 November 1992.

The order giving effect to this decision is attached.
