Third minimum rates adjustment

REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Australian Liquor, Hospitality & Miscellaneous Workers Union - Tasmanian Branch sought the variation of the third minimum rates adjustment.

The adjustments are in accordance with the Wage Fixing Principles and are endorsed as per amended Exhibit S1.

The operative date will be from the first pay period to commence on or after 8 February 1993.

The order is attached.
