Third minimum rates adjustment

REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Textile, Clothing & Footwear Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch sought the variation of the third minimum rates adjustment.

The adjustments are in accordance with the Wage Fixing Principles and are endorsed as per Exhibit C1.

The operative date will be from the first full pay period to commence on or after 10 February 1993.

The order is attached.
