REASONS FOR DECISION

Consequential to the determination of interest (T4467 of 1993) of the Community Services Employer Organisation (Tasmania) (CSEOT) in the Welfare and Voluntary Agencies Award, CSEOT made application to be included in that award as a Party and Person Bound.

The variation is endorsed operative from 6 August 1993. The Order is attached.
