REASONS FOR DECISION

This application for registration was lodged by The Association of Professional Engineers and Scientists, Australia, Professional Scientists Branch on 26 October 1993.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr Pyrke at a hearing on 14 December, I am satisfied that the application for registration by The Association of Professional Engineers and Scientists, Australia, Professional Scientists Branch, complies with the requirements for registration specified in the Act and the application is now granted.

A certificate of registration will be issued pursuant to Section 64(1) following the determination by a Commissioner of award interest.
