Award variation - fourth minimum rates adjustment

REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (AMACSU) sought the variation of the Clerical and Administrative Employees (Private Sector) Award to reflect the fourth minimum rates adjustment (MRA)

The variations requested to be made by Mrs Dowd for AMACSU, as set out in Exhibit D2, are consistent with the schedule of MRA adjustments previously submitted to the Commission in matter T.3567 of 1991. Accordingly the award will be varied to include the fourth MRA operative from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 June 1994.

As the award will be consolidated the order will follow.
