TASMANIAN INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION Industrial Relations Act 1984 Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Limited
Award variation - Clause 34 - Superannuation - company name change - approved - operative 6 Aug 96 REASONS FOR DECISION This was an application by the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Limited (the Chamber) for an amendment to be made to the Restaurant Keepers Award (the Award). The amendment sought to change the name of one of the companies listed in the 'exemptions' subclause of the Superannuation clause in the Award. One of the previously listed companies, Gordon River Cruises Pty Ltd, was now owned by Western Holdings (Tas) Pty Ltd and CDC Nominees (GRC) Pty Ltd, hence the name change application. Together with the new company a new trading name (Gordon River Cruises) was to be included whilst the name of the alternative superannuation fund (Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and industry Superannuation Fund) was to remain the same as before. The application is approved operative on and from 6 August 1996 and an order is attached.
