The Registrar is responsible for instituting or causing to be instituted proceedings before a Magistrate to enforce an obligation that is placed on an organisation or person by any provision of an order or notice made under section 31, 43, 65A(8), 71(20) or 75(7E) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984.
The Registrar must be advised in writing that the organisation or person has not complied with the terms of the order or notice by the specified date.
