What does it cost to lodge an application or appear at the Commission?
- No lodgement fees apply when filing an application at the Commission.
- You are responsible for all your own costs of attending and being represented at the hearing.
- The Commission cannot award costs against you or another party regardless of the outcome of the hearing.
- If you are summoned by the Commission to attend proceedings to give evidence you may be entitled to some reimbursement of your expenses.
