What does it cost to lodge an application or appear at the Commission?

• No lodgement fees apply when filing an application at the Commission or lodging a State Service review of actions.
   
• You are responsible for all your own costs of attending and being represented at a conference or hearing.
   
• The Commission cannot award costs against you or another party regardless of the outcome of the hearing.
   
•  If you are summoned by the Commission to attend proceedings to give evidence you  may be entitled to some reimbursement of your expenses.
