State Service Review of Actions
Following amendments to the State Service Act 2000 and the Industrial Relations Act 1984, the Tasmanian Industrial Commission (TIC) has assumed responsibility for the review of applications by State Service employees in relation to selection and other actions relating to their employment from 4 February 2013.

TIC Procedures for the Conduct of State Service Review of Actions
These TIC procedures have been developed to replace State Service Commissioner's Direction No. 7 – Review of Actions (CD No. 7) which previously set the procedures for the conduct of State Service reviews of actions.
