These applications joined for the purpose of hearing, concern the variation of the Produce Award, Divisions B and D to include 3 per cent superannuation provisions.

Mr Targett appearing for the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees' Association - Tasmanian Branch, informed the Commission of the respective changes requested to be endorsed.

He was supported by Mr Fry and Mr Sertori.

The variations requested to be made to the Divisions of the award conform with superannuation provisions previously endorsed by the Commission, as constituted in this matter, and are accepted here.

The operative date will be from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 September 1989.

The order is attached hereto.

In these proceedings Mr Warn appeared for the Transport Workers' Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch (TWU).

I indicated to Mr Warn that Division C of the award will remain as is and will not include superannuation provisions, as no application has been made to vary that part of the award.
