SUPPLEMENTARY DECISION

In my decision in this matter granting exemptions from the requirement to contribute to nominated funds in the Produce Award to certain specified employers, the operative date was determined to be from the first full pay period to commence on or after 23 August 1989.

This date does not reflect the inclusion in the Produce Award of superannuation provisions in the first instance.

Accordingly, Order No. 7 of 1989 is now reissued with the following operative dates:

Division A - the exemptions granted will operate from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 July 1989.

Divisions B and D - the exemptions granted will operate from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 September 1989.
