DATES AND PLACE OF HEARING

19 September 1989  Hobart

This application by the Federated Engine Drivers' and Firemen's Association of Australasia, Tasmanian Branch, (FEDFA) sought the variation of Division C - Group B of the Produce Award to include 3 per cent occupational superannuation provisions.

Mr Sertori, appearing for the Tasmanian Confederation of Industries and the Hop Producers' Association of Tasmania, confirmed that the proposed variations submitted by Ms Moncrieff for the FEDFA are a mirror of what is contained in Division B of the award.

As this is a consent matter and given that the proposed variations are consistent with what is contained in Division B they are endorsed operative from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 October 1989.

The order is attached.
