On 11 January 1990, I issued a decision in this matter, but, unfortunately, the date of operation of the award amendment was incorrect, both in the decision and the order.
The purpose of this supplementary decision is to correct that mistake.
The amendment arising from this decision will operate from 11 January 1990.
An amended order is attached.
