REASONS FOR SUPPLEMENTARY DECISION Further to the decision in this matter dated 15 August 1991 awarding the second instalment structural efficiency adjustment and the first minimum rates adjustment, I now endorse the change of title of the Security and Watching Services Award to the Security Industry Award. The operative date for this variation will be the first full pay period to commence on or after 13 August 1991. The order in respect of that and other structural efficiency initiatives as endorsed in my Reasons for Decision dated 15 August 1991 is attached. It should also be noted that in my Reasons For Decision dated 15 August 1991 I stated, inter alia, that the occupational superannuation contributions had been increased to $14.50 per week. The amount should have been $14.00 per week. The attached order [correction order] reflects this latter amount.
