PLUMBERS AWARD
BUILDING TRADES AWARD

COMMISSIONER R J WATLING

17 October 1991

Parties and Persons Bound - Right of Entry - deletion of Federated Clerks Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch

REASONS FOR DECISION

These applications were lodged with the Commission to vary the Building Trades Award and the Plumbers Award by deleting the Federated Clerks Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch, from Clause 6 - Parties and Persons Bound and in addition Clause 37 (e) - Right of Entry in the case of the Building Trades Award.

Applications T.3411, 3413 and 3414 of 1991 varied the certificate of registration of the applicant by deleting their interest in the above mentioned awards.

As a result of that decision I am of the view that these applications should be granted in the manner sought and I decide accordingly.

The Orders giving effect to this decision are attached and operative on and from 15 October 1991.
