FURTHER DECISION

In my decision dated 30 August 1991 relating to this application I determined the new title and scope for the Agriculturists Award. No orders were issued arising out of that application as the decision said:

"this matter will be reconvened at an appropriate time in the near future to consider the operative date"

After hearing submissions from the parties on 28 February 1992 I hereby determine that the operative date of the decision arising out of this application shall be the first full pay period to commence on or after 13 March 1992.

The Orders giving effect to this decision will be incorporated in the Order arising out of application T.3677 of 1992.
