s.23 application for award or variation of award

Federated Clerks Union of Australia
Tasmanian Branch

(T.3585 of 1991)

ESTATE AGENTS AWARD

COMMISSIONER R K GOZZI

HOBART 6 January 1992

Increase wage rates and allowances by 2.5%

REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Federated Clerks Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch (FCU) sought the variation of the Estate Agents Award to reflect the 13 August 1991 State Wage Case decision.

The parties satisfied me that they had complied with paragraphs (a) to (g) of Principle 2 - Structural Efficiency of the Wage Fixing Principle.

Accordingly the award will be varied in respect of wage rates and work related allowances by 2.5 percent operative from the first full pay period to commence on or after 20 January 1992.
