REASONS FOR DECISION

In these matters The Australian Meat Industry Employees Union, Tasmanian Branch sought the variation of the Meat Trades Award (T.3671 of 1992) and the Abattoirs Award (T.3672 of 1992) to include compassionate leave for grandchildren. The applications were joined for hearing purposes.
