Wage Rates - State Wage November 1989 - third minimum rates adjustment

REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Federated Miscellaneous Workers Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch sought the variation of the Laundry and Dry Cleaning Award to reflect the third minimum rates adjustment.

The adjustment is in compliance with the Minimum Rates Adjustment Wage Fixing Principle and is endorsed in the terms set out in Exhibit O.B1.

The Order operative from the first pay period to commence on or after 5 August 1992 is attached.
