REASONS FOR DECISION

The Australian Mines and Metals Association (Incorporated) (the Association) was granted an interest in the Draughting and Technical Officers Award in matter T.3758 of 1992. This consequential application is therefore for the variation of that award to include the Association in the Parties and Persons Bound clause of the award.

As indicated in the proceedings the application is endorsed, operative from 10 August 1992.
