Award variation - deletion of clause 23 - Shift Work, subclause (f) Stand Down

REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Minister administering the Tasmanian State Service Act 1984 sought the deletion of Clause 23 - Shift Work subclause (f) Stand Down.

The application was made subsequent to decisions in matter T.2586 of 1990 and T.3779 of 1992 where the deletion of stand down provisions was endorsed by the Commission.

The variation now requested to be made to the award will operate from the date of this decision. The order is attached.
