REASONS FOR DECISION

In this matter the Community Services Employer Organisation (Tasmania) (CSEOT) sought the variation of the Community Services Award in order for CSEOT to become a Party and Person Bound by that award.

The application was made consequential to the determination of interest being granted to the CSEOT in matter T.4506 of 1993.

In the circumstances the award will be varied in the manner requested operative from 15 September 1993. The Order is attached.
