REASONS FOR DECISION

This application has remained dormant for a considerable period of time. Accordingly "for mention" proceedings were initiated by the Commission.

Following discussions with the parties it was resolved that further proceedings were not contemplated in respect of this application. Notwithstanding the right of any party to make application in respect of the subject matter of this application is of course maintained by virtue of the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act, 1984.

In the circumstances, and with the consent of the parties, this file is now closed.

The Commission is appreciative of the cooperation of the parties in this matter.
