REASONS FOR DECISION

This application was the subject of an interim decision dated 28 April 1997.

In that decision I advised that I believed there was jurisdiction to deal with this matter and that I would proceed to do so.

However, I have now received correspondence from the applicant which indicates that the matter in dispute between the parties has been resolved.

Having regard for that advice this file is now closed.
