CORRECTION ORDER

On 3 September, 2001, in matter T9163 of 2000, I made the following Order:

"ORDER

PURSUANT TO the power conferred on me by Section 31(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984 I HEREBY ORDER that, in settlement of the industrial dispute referred to in matter T 9163 of 2000, the employer, Blue Ribbon Holdings Limited ACN 009 487 674, 29 Killafaddy Road Launceston 7250, pay to Mr George Watson Carnie, Glen Haven, 50-62 Fairtlough Street, Perth, Tasmania, 7300 the sum of Ninety Three Thousand and Fifty Three Dollars Sixty Three Cents, in full settlement of this dispute, such payment to be made on or before 5.00 pm on 24 September 2001."

By letter of 12 September 2001, Mr R Phillips of Phillips Taglieri informed me that:

"...the Order in this matter has been made against Blue Ribbon Holdings Limited and not Blue Ribbon Meat Products Pty Limited..."

After perusing the letter and my Order I am satisfied that an error has occurred as asserted. Accordingly, pursuant to the provisions of section 19[2][a] of the Act I now make the following order:

CORRECTION ORDER

PURSUANT TO the power conferred on me by Section 31(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984 I HEREBY ORDER that, in settlement of the industrial dispute referred to in matter T 9163 of 2000, the employer, Blue Ribbon Meat Products Pty Ltd, 29 Killafaddy Road Launceston 7250, pay to Mr George Watson Carnie, Glen Haven, 50-62 Fairtlough Street, Perth, Tasmania, 7300 the sum of Ninety Three Thousand and Fifty Three Dollars Sixty Three Cents, in full settlement of this dispute, such payment to be made on or before 5.00 pm on 24 September 2001.
