REASONS FOR DECISION

[1] On 21 May 2002, these five applications were lodged by the Community and Public Sector Union (State Public Services Federation Tasmania), pursuant to s.23 of the Industrial Relations Act 1984, to vary the Community and Health Services (Public Sector) Award, the General Conditions of Employment Award, the Police Departmental Employees Award and the Sea Fisheries Award to adjust a range of expense related allowances in accordance with the Consumer Price Index.
