REASONS FOR DECISION

(1) On 18 October 2002 the Health Services Union of Australia, Tasmania No 1 Branch and the Minister Administering the State Service Act 2000 lodged with the Acting Registrar, pursuant to Section 55(2) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984, the Tasmanian Ambulance Service 38 Hour Week Implementation Agreement 2002.
