CORRECTION ORDER

[1]  On 19 March 2002, in matter T9894 of 2001, I made the following order:

"Order

In accordance with the power vested in me under Section 31(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984, in settlement of this dispute, I hereby order that, within twenty-one days from the date of this decision, the Masonic Club of Tasmania Inc (in liquidation) of Hobart, pay to Todd Murray Howlett of 39/15 Alma Street, Bellerive, 7018, the sum of thirteen thousand, eight hundred and ten dollars and ten cents ($13,810.10)."

[2]  By letter dated 20 March 2002, the Masonic Club of Tasmania Inc (in liquidation), per B K Hamilton, Liquidator, requested:

" ... order amended to read `within 21 days from the date funds become available to the liquidation through the sale of assets.'"

[3]  Pursuant to the provisions of Section 19(2)(a) of the Act, I now make the following Order:
