REASONS FOR DECISION
[1] On 23 January 2004 an application was lodged by the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Limited, pursuant to Section 23 of the Industrial Relations Act 1984, to vary the Miscellaneous Workers Award.
[2] Mr M Watson appeared on behalf of the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) and submitted that this is an outstanding matter arising from T10410 of 2002.
[3] Mr P Tullgren appeared for The Australian Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union, Tasmanian Branch (ALHMWU) and submitted that the ALHMWU consents to the application.
[4] This consent application seeks to insert a new subdause into the Award in relation to superannuation and shall come into operation from the first full pay period to commence on or after 5 November, 2002. Order
