Award variation - Clause 11 - Redundancy - Clause 51 - Apprentices - consent matter - application approved - operative date 1 June 2004

REASONS FOR DECISION

[1] This is an application by the Construction, Forestry, Mining & Energy Union, Tasmanian Branch to vary, by consent, the Risdon Prison Redevelopment Project Enterprise Award.

[2] Mr B White appeared for the Construction, Forestry, Mining & Energy Union, Tasmanian Branch and we received correspondence from Mr C Atkins for The Master Builders' Association of Tasmania giving his consent to the matter.

[3] This consent variation amends Clause 11 - Redundancy and Clause 51 - Apprentices and is to take effect from 1 June 2004.

[4] The variations seek to correct the award to properly reflect the agreement between the parties.

[5] The variations are approved and will take effect from the date the award was approved being on and from 1 June, 2004.
