RECORD OF OUTCOME OF APPLICATION

Application was lodged pursuant to s.29(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984 on 28 March 2006.

The matter was set down for a hearing (conciliation conference) on 11 April 2006, for the hearing of preliminary issues on 1 May 2006, for inspections on 22 May 2006 and for hearing on 29 May 2006, 30 May 2006, 19 June 2006, 12 July 2006, 18 July 2006, 9 August 2006 and 17 August 2006.

Reasons for Decision were issued on 4 October 2006 and the file was left open for any party to refer the matter back to the Commission if it was considered necessary or desirable.

By emails to the Commission dated 22 April 2009 and 26 March 2009, the HSUA and CPSU respectively, advised the Commission that the file may be closed.

Pursuant to Section 21[2][c] I refrain from further hearing the application and the file is closed.
