[1] On 28 June 2012, the Minister administering the State Service Act 2000, (MASSA,) the Community and Public Sector (SPSFT) Inc. (CPSU) and Health Services Union of Australia, Tasmania No. 1 Branch (HSUA) lodged with the Registrar, pursuant to Section 55(2) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984, (the Act), the RADIATION THERAPISTS (STATE SERVICE) UNION AGREEMENT 2012.

[2] At the hearing on 29 June 2012, Mr K Grey appeared for MASSA.  Mr R Moore appeared for HSUA and Mr M Johnston appeared for CPSU.
