DIRECTIONS

In matter T10313 of 2002, the appellant, (the Commissioner of Police), is to file in the Commission and serve on the respondent, (Andrew Gunston), a comprehensive outline of contentions, any documentary material on which it relies and any witness statements, if applicable, by noon 30 May, 2003.

The respondent, (Andrew Gunston), is to file in the Commission and serve on the appellant, (the Commissioner of Police), a comprehensive outline of response to the appellant's submissions, any documentary material on which it relies and witness statements, if applicable, by noon 13 June, 2003.

In matter T10316 of 2002 the appellant, (Andrew Gunston), is to file in the Commission and serve on the respondent, (the Commissioner of Police), a comprehensive outline of contentions, any documentary material on which it relies and any witness statements, if applicable, by noon 30 May, 2003.

The respondent, (the Commissioner of Police), is to file in the Commission and serve on the appellant, (Andrew Gunston), a comprehensive outline of response to the appellant's submissions, any documentary material on which it relies and any witness statements, if applicable, by noon on 13 June, 2003.

The matters will be listed for hearing in Hobart on 25, 26 and 27 June, 2003, for the examination of witnesses, if necessary, and final submissions. The hearing will commence at 10.30am on Wednesday 25 June, and 9.30am on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 June, 2003.

The parties are directed to provide on the day of hearing three copies of any authorities on which they rely.
