 DIRECTIONS

[1] You are directed, pursuant to s.71(2A) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984, as amended, which provides:

“At any time before setting a date for hearing, or before the date of the hearing, the Full Bench may require the appellant to provide, to the Full Bench and the other parties to the appeal, further and better particulars of the grounds for appeal.”

to “provide further and better particulars of the grounds of appeal” by close of business Monday, 30 June 2008.

[2] You are required to provide such further particulars to the Full Bench, c/- the President of the Commission, and to the other party, or parties, to the appeal.
