In this matter the National Union of Storeworkers, Packers, Rubber and Allied Workers (NUSPRAW) lodged an appeal against the making of the Leather, Canvas and Sheet Plastic Fabrication Award pursuant to the provisions of Section 70 of the Industrial Relations Act 1984.

When the matter was before us Mr Pallas of the NUSPRAW sought leave to remove the appeal on a number of grounds.

No party to the appeal proceedings objected to the application, which was granted.

Accordingly this file is now closed.
