DIRECTIONS This matter was listed for hearing in Hobart on Friday 16 February, 2001. Michael Daly, Solicitor, representing the Respondent, Mathew Alcorso, wrote to the Commission on 13 February, 2001, seeking that the Commission issue orders requiring the Applicant to provide further particulars in respect to its appeal application. The Commission has considered the request by the Respondent and has decided that due to the short notice of the request by the Respondent and the inability of the Commission, due to other commitments, to hear the application prior to 16 February, 2001, that the parties be directed to comply with the following process: 1.
