DIRECTIONS

This is an appeal pursuant to s.70(1)(b) of the Industrial Relations Act 1984 (the Act) by the Minister administering the State Service Act 2000 (MASSA) against the decision of Deputy President P C Shelley in Matter T12671 of 2006 issued 13 July 2009.

The following directions are issued pursuant to s.21[2][n] of the Act

• The appellant, MASSA, is to file comprehensive written submissions, any documentary material or authorities which may be relied on with sam.christensen@justice.tas.gov.au by no later than noon Monday 9 August 2010 with copies to the Australian Nursing Federation Tasmanian Branch (ANF).

• The ANF will file comprehensive written submissions, any documentary material or authorities which may be relied upon in response to the appellants submissions with sam.christensen@justice.tas.gov.au by no later than noon Monday 16 August 2010 with copies to MASSA.

The matter is listed for hearing commencing 23 August 2010.
