SUPPLEMENTARY DECISION

On 22 January 1992 the Full Bench issued its Reasons for Decision in this matter. The Order giving effect to the decision included in Clause 2 Scope, subclause (b)(iv) the occupation of "personal carer". Clearly that occupation should not have been included in that subclause when regard is had for our comments on page 5 of the above Reasons for Decision.

A correction order is attached.

Also attached is a replacement for page 6 of the decision dated 22 January 1992 as an error occurred in the appearances.
