Structural Efficiency Adjustment - State Wage Case (October 1989) - Public Sector Awards

SUPPLEMENTARY DECISION
(AWARD STREAMS) [Previous Decision]

In our decision dated 29 November 1991, we attached four appendices of which one was the model Operational Employees Award1.

Since the release of that decision we have noted an omission in the definitions in that model award relating to classification standards. This has arisen consequential to the Bench modifying the classification standards provided by the Minister. In the result a new classification standard for Level 1 was inadvertently omitted from the model award2.

This has now been rectified and accordingly a new Appendix 2 is attached hereto. The one attached to our decision of 29 November 1991 should be disregarded.

Also, a calculation correction has been required in respect of Level 5, 3rd year of service and thereafter, of the Administrative and Clerical Employees Award3. The amount shown in our model award for that salary level is $33986 and it should have been $32985.

Clause 8 of that model award has been amended and the attached page 7 replaces the existing page 7 in Appendix 1.
