This Supplementary Decision is necessary consequential to my original decision in this matter dated 1 September 1989 indicating that a consolidated order operative from the first pay period to commence on or after 30 March 1989 would issue "shortly".

As other variations were made to the Award subsequent to 30 March 1989, the consolidation will of necessity have to operate prospectively (i.e. after 30 March 1989).

Accordingly the order in respect of superannuation exemptions as determined in my decision dated 1 September 1989 is attached hereto, operative from the first pay period to commence on or after 30 March 1989 (the date Superannuation provisions were first included in the award).

A consolidated order incorporating the above variation, will as requested by Mr O'Brien, issue separately.
