Industrial agreement - application approved - operative date ffpp 25 November 2004 for 3 years - forwarded to the Registrar for registration CORRECTION [1] This application concerns the Tasman Group Services Pty Ltd Longford Meat Company Maintenance Industrial Agreement 2004. [2] The 'Reasons for Decision' dated 30 November 2004, contained an incorrect agreement name at paragraph 1, and should have read as follows: [3] This is an application, pursuant to s.55 of the Industrial Relations Act 1984 (The Act) to approve and register an agreement to be known as the Tasman Group Services Pty Ltd Longford Meat Company Maintenance Industrial Agreement 2004.
